A pixel and an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device using the same, and a driving method thereof are provided to compensate for a threshold voltage of a driving transistor by initiating the pixels using a reference voltage. A first transistor(M1) is turned on to deliver a data signal to a data line, when a scan signal is supplied to an i-th scan line(Si). A second transistor(M2) supplies a current corresponding to the data signal from a first voltage source (ELVDD) to a second voltage source(ELVSS) via an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED). A second capacitor(C2) is formed between the first and second transistors, and stores a voltage corresponding to a decreased voltage of the first voltage source and a threshold voltage of the second transistor. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the second capacitor and the first voltage source, and stores a voltage corresponding to the data voltage. A fourth transistor(M4) is connected between a first electrode of the first transistor and a reference voltage source(Vref), and turned on when a scan signal is supplied to an (i-1)th scan line(Si-1). A third transistor(M3) is connected between a gate electrode and a second electrode of the second transistor. A sixth transistor(M6) is connected between the gate electrode and the reference voltage, and turned on when a scan signal is supplied to an (i-2)th scan line(Si-2).
