<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a user to inquire of a trader at ease in a transaction through the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: A top page which can be browsed by anyone without confirmation processing like password input is provided with a history display part 16 where the history of inquiries about merchandise and services is displayed together with the advertisements or the like of the merchandise and the services and a person-in-charge display column 15 where the face of a person in charge of reception is displayed by moving images. The user feels secure as if looking inside a shop through a show window by presence of the person-in-charge display column 15, also feels secure that it is a prosperous and reliable trader by the inquiry history display part 16, and mental disturbance is wiped away when making an inquiry as a result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
