PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette tip supply apparatus capable of reducing flow interruptions of pipette tips. SOLUTION: The pipette tip supply apparatus 30 is provided with a pipette resupply part 31 for housing a plurality of pipette tips 2; a tip supply mechanism part 33 for supplying part of the housed pipette tips 2; a transfer path 34 for transferring pipette tips 2 supplied from the tip supply mechanism part 33; a sorting mechanism part 37 for receiving pipette tips transferred by the transfer path 34 and supplying pipette tips 2 one by one; a detection sensor 41b for detecting the blockage of pipette tips in the transfer path 34; and a discharge mechanism part 36 for discharging pipette tips from the transfer path 34 in the case that the detection sensor 41b detects the blockage of pipette tips 2.
