PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish communication connections in a short time. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes at least two of: a first communication function for transmitting a connection request including a connection response request and a command or the like for connecting a plurality of communication layers; a second communication function for transmitting a connection request including the command or the like for connecting the communication layers but not including the connection response request; and a third communication function for transmitting a connection request including a command or the like for connecting each communication layer, also includes two of: a fourth communication function for transmitting a connection request including a command for requesting one response with respect to data transmitted dividedly on the packet basis; a fifth communication function for transmitting a connection request including a command not requesting a response with respect to the data transmitted dividedly on the packet basis; and a sixth communication function for transmitting a connection request including a command for requesting one response with respect to one packet, and selects one from the first to third communication functions and one from the fourth to the sixth communication functions according to a file form of transmission data.
