PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive optical film having high adhesion strength between an adhesive layer and an optical film, effectively suppressing occurrence of adhesive residue and lack of the adhesive, and having high heat resistance and moist heat resistance. SOLUTION: The adhesive optical film comprises an optical film 1, an adhesive layer 3 layered at least one surface of the optical film 1, and an undercoat layer 2 interposed between the optical film 1 and the adhesive layer 3 and containing an oxazoline group-containing polymer.
