PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera with an vibration isolation function, which enables a photographer to confirm to what extent the vibration isolation function operates, prior to a photographic operation and is capable of effectively preventing the photographer from shaking the hand and moreover, from reduced attention with respect to hand shake. SOLUTION: With respect to the camera with the vibration isolation function, a vibration isolation function operating member 15, capable of moving and operating between an anti-vibration function validation position and an anti-vibration function invalidation position, is provided in a camera body as an operating member, separate from a release button 13, and vibration isolation mechanisms are allowed to perform vibration isolation operation, when the vibration isolation function operating member is placed in the vibration isolation function validating position, and vibration isolation mechanisms 30, 31, 32, 33, and 34 are disabled to perform vibration isolation operation, when the vibration isolation function operating member is placed in the vibration isolation function invalidating position.
