PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner having excellent durable printability and low-temperature fixability and high storage stability. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner has a core-and-shell structure comprising coating core particles containing a binder resin of the core particles, a colorant and a release agent with a shell layer containing a binder resin of a shell layer, containing colored resin particles of 4 to 10μm in volume average grain size (Dv) and 9.950 to 0.990 in average circularity, in which the average fracture strength measured by a super-micro hardness meter is 1.0 to 3.0 mN.
