PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float-type flowmeter and a lubrication device, capable of operating normally even under any conditions of installation. SOLUTION: The float type flowmeter 12 is equipped with a float 11, which is made of a ferromagnetic body or a permanent magnet and whose motion can be viewed from the outside, and a magnet section 13 which makes the float 11 return to the initial position by using its magnetic force.
