An embodiment according to the present invention relates to a semi-active roll stabilizer bar, and more specifically to a semi-active roll stabilizer bar comprising a stiffness-controlling means so as to allow the stiffness of the stabilizer bar to be controlled by utilizing the attractive or repulsive forces generated between two permanent magnets. The stiffness-controlling means may comprise: a housing having a structure in which the body of the stabilizer bar penetrates both the left and right sides of the housing; one or more first permanent magnets disposed on the outer surface of the stabilizer bar so as to rotate therealong inside the housing when a twisting movement occurs in the stabilizer bar; and one or more second permanent magnets disposed on the inner surface of the housing so as to generate at least one from among the attractive force and repulsive force from a reaction with the first permanent magnet.
