PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the danger of a fall to ensure and improve safety by solving a problem in front loader work wherein the balance of a tractor becomes worst and the danger of the fall becomes high when a bucket loaded with sediment or the like by scooping is put in the maximum lifted state. SOLUTION: A control means is provided for shifting a main shift position down to a low speed range when detecting a lifted state over a predetermined value when traveling with the bucket 14 of the front loader 10 in the lifted state. Further, a lift arm 8 at a vehicle body rear part is provided with a balance weight 18, and the lifting control of the balance weight 18 is performed based on the lifting operation detected result of the front loader 10 to maintain the center-of-gravity balance of a machine body.
