An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to fix a monitor set and an LCD module by means of a sliding manner. An LCD module(100) encapsulates the upper edge and side of an LCD panel. A set side member(200) is formed at the side of the LCD module and has a hooking piece(210) at the surface corresponding to the LCD module. A hole corresponding to the hooking piece is also formed at the side of the LCD module. The hooking piece is slidingly located and corresponds to the hole of the LCD module. When fixing the LCD module, the set side member is pushed into the LCD module downwardly. The sliding direction of the hooking piece is progressed toward left and right or up and down according to the shape of the hooking piece. |
