<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace processing even when the processing contents of a process are changed or the process is changed by standardizing (profiling) the processing in each process and performing the processing by the standardized unit in each process. <P>SOLUTION: The process management device provided inside the process of a line wherein two or more stages of the processes as constituting units are provided and cascade-connected and the processing is performed as a whole has a control part 111 provided with input information 13b indicating processing information from the process of the preceding stage, equipment constitution information 15b describing function for performing prescribed intra-process processing and the contents of the intra-process processing and output information 14b indicated post-processing information to the process of the post stage, for instructing the processing to a controller group inside the present process on the basis of the input information, the equipment constitution information and the output information, transmitting the input information to the process management device of the process of the preceding stage and transmitting the output information to the process management device of the process of the post stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
