摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for unitarily managing various types of servo motors for industrial machinery such as a robot using a servo motor as a driving source. <P>SOLUTION: A failure diagnosis device 50 is provided with a data conversion part 65, a decision part 66, a fluctuation width management value memory 67 and a warning part 68. The fluctuation width management value memory 67 stores a fluctuation width management value for a second servo motor 22, a fluctuation width management value for a third servo motor 25 and a fluctuation width management value for a servo motor 39 for rocking. The fluctuation width management value is compared with torque information(the mean value of the maximum fluctuation width in a fixed period) so that failure diagnosis can be performed.
