摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluidizer for electrochemically controlling the pH of fluids. SOLUTION: This microfluidizer comprises an ion exchange membrane 105, an anode chamber 109, one plane of which is constituted of one plane on the ion exchange membrane 105 to have ladder-shaped anode electrode 103 and anode electrode support 115, and cathode chamber 107 one plane of which is constituted of the other plane on the ion exchange membrane 105 provided with a cathode electrode 101. The anode electrode support 115 is equipped with the ladder-shaped anode electrode 103 on one plane and is provided with an aperture 125 corresponds to the ladder shape of the anode electrode 103, while the other plane is brought into contact with the ion exchange membrane 105 and supports the exchange membrance 105.
