POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION AND POLYESTER RESIN STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition that is excellent in moldability such as releasability and mechanical properties such as impact resistance and exhibits overall excellent performances while retaining biodegradability. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of the total of 1-99 pts.wt. of (A) an aromatic polyester resin and 1-99 pts.wt. of (B) an aliphatic polyester copolymer and 0.001-1 pt.wt. of (C) a pentavalent organic phosphorous compound, where the aliphatic polyester copolymer (B) comprises 0-30 mol% of an aliphatic oxycarboxylic acid unit, 35-50 mol% of an aliphatic unit and/or an alicyclic diol unit and 35-50 mol% of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid unit.
