PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structure having a plurality of mesopores that can be applied as a functional device such as a biosensor and is suitable as a functional device. SOLUTION: The structure having a plurality of mesopores has a dendritic framework and mesopores passing through the framework in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the framework.
