PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device suitably feedback controlling a traveling speed of a vehicle by a target speed even when the weight of the vehicle is changed. SOLUTION: A target speed calculation part B2 calculates a target value of the traveling speed of the vehicle. An acceleration calculation part B4 calculates a target value of the acceleration based on the target speed and the detected vehicle speed. A travel resistance compensation part B6 calculates a compensation amount compensating the travel resistance of the vehicle. An injection amount calculation part B10 calculates an injection amount based on the target value of the acceleration and the compensation amount.
