<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always and simultaneously proceed processings in a plurality of MRP calculation parts to reduce processing time for calculating the required amount of materials. <P>SOLUTION: Each of the plurality of MRP calculation parts stores items, such as at least the lead time of an item, a parent-child relation between an item and other items, current inventory, the number of devices and purchase-order balance, which are prespecified as ones to be calculated in the MRP calculation part, into an article item cell 11 as article item cell data grouped for by each item. Each of the plurality of MRP calculation parts calculates the type, the quantity and delivery date for the items, which are to be required to execute production of products by using production plans and the item cell data. If imbalance in the computable number of items occurs among the MRP calculation parts, the article item cell data grouped by each computable article item is moved and the imbalance is solved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
