PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of dioxins or the like by promoting agitation and mixing of combustion exhaust gas in a constantly optimal state without using agitating/mixing gas or cooling water in a dioxins suppressing method for use in an incineration facility for a stoker type waste incineration furnace for combusting burnables including chlorine compounds such as domestic wastes and industrial wastes.
