PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely useful easy peel sealant having sealability, excellent in hermetical sealing properties and having easy opening properties. SOLUTION: The easy peel sealant comprises a coextrusion laminated film composed of at least two layers, that is, a base material layer and a sealing layer and the base material layer is constituted of a resin layer comprising a resin composition based on medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene or polypropylene. Further, the sealing layer is constituted of a resin layer comprising a resin composition based on a mixture wherein 50-90 pts.wt. of polypropylene with a melt flow rate (MFR) of 10-40 g/10 min and 10-50 pts.wt. of low density polyethylene are compounded.
