摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-viscosity and highly stable liquid crystal emulsified composition with which conventional production conditions wherein the production process is complicated and the cost is high by special equipment are rationalized and production can readily and inexpensively be carried out for emulsifying a liquid crystal. SOLUTION: The method for producing the liquid crystal emulsified composition having improved stability and a high viscosity of≥30,000 mP s by dilution of 2 times is carried out as follows. A mixture obtained by mixing 40-80 pts.wt. of a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol with 8-40 pts.wt. of water is added to a mixture prepared by mixing 5-10 pts.wt. of the total amount of surfactants of a hydrophilic surfactant which is a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene-alkyl ether having 10-20 HLB with a hydrophilic surfactant composed of a polyoxyethylene alkyl derivative and having≥13 HLB with 5-30 pts.wt. of an oil.
