<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance support system, a maintenance-supporting terminal, an RFID tag, a product maintenance method and a maintenance support program, capable of properly managing a maintenance history according to contents of maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: In this maintenance support system 1, a maintenance target product 101 is attached with the RFID tag 102 storing information (10a-10d) for identifying the maintenance target product 101, information (10e-10i) related to the maintenance, and information (10j-10o) related to a plurality of maintenance histories. The electronic terminal 104 updates the information (one of 10j-10o) related to the maintenance histories stored in the RFID tag 102 such that the information having a high importance is preferentially stored according to the importance of the maintenance by use of new information related to the maintenance inputted through a reader/writer 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
