<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a log information managing system capable of effectively searching within a short time and tallying objected log information from log information recorded in a log information recording server by a manager of a complex machine. <P>SOLUTION: After inputting user identification information to the complex machine by making an ID card pass through a card reader by a user (step S1), a job wanted to be performed is selected from an operation unit of the complex machine (step S2), then the selected job is made to be executed by pushing an execution button etc. (step S3). When the selected job is terminated (step S4), the log information is produced (step S5), and the produced log information is recorded (step S6).
