PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form panel having excellent strength while being easily attached and detached in the forming construction of a concrete foundation, and also to provide a form unit. SOLUTION: Slits 22 are formed in the form panel to form insertion holes 21 inserting separators 100 through and temporarily fixing the form panel to the separators 100.
