A method for preparing loess nano-metal oxide through reducing reaction of loess metal ions is provided to produce the nano-metal oxide with increased surface area and to improve anion and far-infrared ray emission by mixing loess metal ions in cellusolve based solvent together with other additives, adding a reduction agent to the mixture to conduct reduction of the loess metal ions. The process includes the steps of: (a) adding a cellusolve based solvent and an additive to loess metal ions; (b) generating loess nano-metal oxide by adding a reduction agent to the resultant mixture of the step(a) and reducing loess metal ions from the mixture; and (c) conducting post treatment of the generated loess nano-metal oxide to remove impurities from the oxide then stabilizing the pure oxide. The additive is polyethylene glycol added to the loess metal ions in a ratio by weight of 0.1:1 to 4:1. The reduction agent is triethylamine. The step(c) is performed by: first process of centrifuging the loess nano-metal oxide at 50-60deg.C; second process of washing the first resultant product; third process of drying the second resultant product; and fourth process of calcining the third resultant product. |
