CTI SYSTEM OUTBOUND FUNCTION AND OUTBOUND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

A CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) system with an outbound function and an outbound control method in the system are provided to decide on call approval of a customer through an error message transmitted from a PBX(Private Branch Exchange) without dividing voices, when the customer does not receive a call, thereby picking out a wrong telephone number. If a customer(1) does not receive a call automatically requested through an outbound dialer(20), a signal detector(100) confirms a response event transmitted from a PBX(2). A controller(200) transmits a control signal which interrupts the currently requested call to the outbound dialer according to the response event confirmed through the signal detector.
