PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound type connector capable of easily corresponding to compound integration of new and old different kinds of connectors, and also capable of materializing space saving by compound integration of the new and old different kinds of connectors. SOLUTION: This compound type connector 1 is equipped with a connector body part 10A engaged with a first counterpart connector, a connector mounting part 10B to engagedly house a second connector 50 which is connected to a second counterpart connector and is assembled as a separate body, a resin body 10 formed by integrally molding a partitioning part 10C partitioning the connector body part 10A and the connector mounting part 10B so as to form a multistage with them, a plurality of contacts 60 combined with the connector body part 10A to compose a first connector 70 connected to the first counterpart connector together with the connector body part 10A, and a metallic case 40 adhering to the second connector 50 and the body 10, and the first connector 70 and the second connector 50 are longitudinally disposed with the partitioning part 10C held between them.
