PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bracket for mounting a bumper capable of more easily and surely mounting the bumper and more surely holding the bumper. SOLUTION: In the bracket 2 for mounting the bumper provided on a recessed part 11 of a rear outer panel 1, an elastic locking piece 5 having a locking projection 4 locking a rear bumper 3 is connected to a top wall part 2a in the both end parts 7, 7 in the direction approximately along the outer edge 20 of the general part front surface 10 of the rear outer panel 1, and is integrated to such a state that the elastic locking piece 5 is supported on the top wall part 2a at the both ends.
