PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial decorative sheet which is an olefin resin decorative sheet and adds a function of antibacterial properties. SOLUTION: The antibacterial decorative sheet comprises a decorative sheet, in which an ink design layer and an adhesive layer are sequentially provided in this order on a base material film and a top coating layer is provided on an outermost surface of the decorative sheet laminated an olefin resin film which is embossed, and is obtained by adding an antibacterial agent to the olefin resin film and the top coating layer. In addition, the antibacterial decorative sheet comprises a decorative sheet in which the top coating layer is provided in the surface of the olefin resin film, which is embossed, and the ink design layer is provided in a rear surface, and is obtained by adding an antibacterial agent to the olefin resin film and the top coating layer.
