<p>A disc device is provided with first and second eject arms (61, 62) which intersect each other on the side of a rear plane (10D) of a case (10) and can turn with the side of the rear plane (10D) at the center; an eject pin (611), which is arranged on the first eject arm (61) and synchronizes turning of the first and the second eject arms (61, 62) by engaging with the second eject arm (62); an a link plate (55) which has an eject regulating window (553) with which the eject pin (611) is engaged and moves with loading/ejecting of an optical disc. At a position corresponding to the diameter size of the optical disc in the eject regulating window (553), a small diameter regulating/engaging section (553A) and a large diameter regulating/engaging section (553B) are arranged with the eject pin (611) engaged in a status where the optical disc is positioned to be held by a turntable.</p>
