PIGMENT DISPERSION, ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND PHOTO-CURABLE INK COMPOSITION USING THE PIGMENT DISPERSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion in which the monomers do not polymerize during the dispersion process without using a polymerization inhibitor and an organic solvent causing no polymerization, its manufacturing process and a photo-curable ink composition using the pigment dispersion.

SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion contains at least a colorant, a dispersant and a polymerizable compound and does not practically contain a polymerization inhibitor. The polymerizable compound is an N-vinyl formamide.
