<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display element and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display element, having a luminous layer between first and second electrodes, comprises first and second hole-injecting layers between the first electrode and the luminous layer, and a charge-generating layer doped with a p-type dopant between the first and second hole-injecting layers. As a result, the organic electroluminescent display element has the first and second hole-injecting layers, and forms the charge-generating layer between the first and second hole-injecting layers, thus improving efficiency and lifetime characteristics by reducing the drive voltage of the element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
