PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new joint structure of a pipe capable of butting and connecting square pipes or round pipes without causing a step and a deflection inclination. SOLUTION: In this joint structure for press-fitting, butting, and connecting mutually facing square pipes by putting a connection square pipe in the inside, one or a plurality of projections having a semi-spherical body shape are provided on an outer face of the connection square pipe, the square pipe on one side is press-fitted and fixed by welding in one half of the connection square pipe, and then the square pipe on the other side is press-fitted in the other half of the connection square pipe to butt and connect both square pipes by bringing the semi-spherical body projections into pressure-contact with the square pipes without causing a step and a deflection inclination.
