PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable workpiece supporting device allowing the elimination of movement of the movable type work supporting device and a working machine in the Y-axis direction (not shown), and also to provide a machine tool. SOLUTION: This movable type workpiece supporting device 3 sequentially positions a plurality of worked parts 11, 12 of a workpiece 1 on a working central line (on a center) of a working tool of the working machine, that is, against a reamer 22 (shaft center line 21a) of a spindle 21 of a boring head 2 and changes an angle of the workpiece 1 with a tilting central point 6 as its basic point, and the tilting central point 6 matches a fulcrum 13 of central lines 11a, 12a (central lines of holes) of a plurality of the worked parts 11, 12, and is arranged on the shaft center line 21a of the spindle 21 of the boring head 2, that is, on the working central line (on the center) of the working tool.
