PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in paste coating precision even if a discharge of paste from a nozzle is stopped, and prevent a decrease in productivity and an excessive consumption of the paste. SOLUTION: A paste coating device 2 discharges a sealing agent S contained in a syringe 27 from a nozzle 26 to coat a substrate 8. The device is provided with an ultrasonic transducer 43 giving oscillations to the sealing agent S in the syringe 27, and a control device 36 controlling the discharge of the sealing agent S from the nozzle 26 and a drive of the ultrasonic transducer 43.
