PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the operation of an illegal computer virus of a type of acquiring a mail server name from setting of a terminal. SOLUTION: In order to detect that an illegal electronic mail is being delivered from a terminal 1A infected by a computer virus, the terminal 1A causes a dummy mail server information storage 33 to store setting data including mail server information used for specifying a regular mail server transferring an electronic mail and a dummy mail server information associated with the mail server information, and detects a process and an execution file of using the dummy mail server information to create illegal electronic mail data and transmitting the data by an illegal software executing section 13 constituted of the computer virus, thereby detecting the delivery of the illegal electronic mail.
