PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the error transmission of a FAX to unexpected contents and an unexpected opposite party. SOLUTION: A FAX transmission table 35 is prepared by providing with a customer DB29, a FAX-concentration management system 1 and a trade shop PC3 connected to the FAX-concentration management system 1. A preparation requirement for the FAX transmission table 35 is input through the trade shop PC3. A customer list is extracted from a customer DB29, and a customer FAX number described on the FAX transmission table 35 is acquired, converted into a two-dimensional code, and displayed on the FAX transmission table 35. The FAX-concentration management system 1 decodes the two-dimensional code displayed on the FAX transmission table 35 for a FAX original 8 by an OCR processing, and the customer FAX number is read from the two-dimensional code and the FAX original 8 is transmitted by a FAX to a customer FAX 4.
