PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift for onboard equipment capable of making precision positioning of high reliability without being influenced by external heat using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A valve 20 for the sinking operation installed in an oil exhaust pipe 143 for a telescopic pole 11 to serve for exhaust of the working oil is set to "open" when a vehicle 10 is running, and set to "close" when the onboard equipment 12 is put in operation, and if the volume of the working oil in a hydraulic mechanism is expanded by a temperature rise etc. while the vehicle 10 is running, the expanded portion of the working oil passes through the valve 20 to be exhausted to an oil tank 15 from the oil exhaust pipe 143 so as to keep the oil pressure in the desired condition, and thereupon a certain positioning when the onboard equipment 12 is in operation, is to be conducted.
