<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the frequency characteristic of permeability which can be utilized for making the wide band μ" dispersion property which can be obtained by mixing materials with mutually different magnetic resonance frequencies further wider. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an electromagnetic interference suppressor provided with a compound magnetic substance which consists of a soft magnetic powder and an organic binder, and suppresses spurious radiation by utilizing imaginary part permeability μ" of the compound magnetic substance, the frequency of the imaginary part permeability μ" is controlled by making the magnetostriction constant λ of the soft magnetic powder positive or negative. By appropriately combining this controlling method and the frequency controlling method in which the materials with mutually different magnetic resonance frequencies are mixed, wider band μ" dispersion property than that in the case of the frequency controlling only by the latter method can be acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
