<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further simplify business processing in a company group and further concentrate funds to a managing company. <P>SOLUTION: In the fund management device, a specific company group introduces a fund management system which performs processing for automatically moving funds between an account of the managing company and an account of an individual managed company so as to concentrate the funds of each company of the group to the account of the managing company of the group, and updating the debtor and creditor accounts between the managing company and each managed company according to this fund movement, and each company establishes contracts with various agencies to receive tax for performing periodic payment to the various agencies by withdrawal from payment exclusive virtual accounts provided for each company and agency. A financial institution executes, upon receipt of a request of execution of account transfer from each agency, withdrawal after moving the fund corresponding to a withdrawal amount from an actual account of the managing company to a virtual account to be withdrawn.
