PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind attaining energy saving when used as an advertising display or the like, suppressing a sharp rise in the whole price, and making a display of unusual information by connection with a crime prevention facility. SOLUTION: The blind 1 is provided with a plurality of blind slats 4, and at least one of the blind slats 4 is provided with an electrophoresis display (a display part 7).
