PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical connecting part, and to provide the optical connecting part that facilitates three-dimensional electric wiring. SOLUTION: After insert-molding a wiring plate 30 with two or more leads 31 on the tip face 21 of a molding body 20, three-dimensional wiring is easily performed by cutting an unnecessary portion of the wiring plate 30. Thus, it is possible to electrically connect an electrode terminal part 43 of a photoelectric transducer 41 arranged to face a tip face 11b of an optical fiber 11 to an electric wiring part 23 of the optical connecting part 10.
