PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid steaming conveyor which prevents cooked rice from becoming wet and sticky by condensed water-dew, and in addition, can efficiently perform a uniform steaming without unevenness, and to provide a rice cooking system using the solid steaming conveyor. SOLUTION: This solid steaming conveyor is equipped with a plurality of carrying conveyors which are arranged in multiple stages in the vertical direction, and a heating device which is arranged at least under the carrying conveyor on the lowermost stage. The solid steaming conveyor performs the steaming of cooked rice in a rice cooking pot while carrying the rice cooking pot by the carrying conveyors. The solid steaming conveyor is equipped with at least one duct for circulation along the carrying path of the carrying conveyors. In this case, the duct for circulation communicates the upper space of the rice cooking pot which is carried by the carrying conveyor on the uppermost stage with the side space of the carrying conveyor which is located on a lower stage than the uppermost stage and/or the rice cooking pot which is carried by the carrying conveyor.
