SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CERTIFICATION OF RECEIVER IN ARTICLE DELIVERY, COMPUTER PROGRAM, AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely perform certification of a receiver when the receiver receives an article sent from a sender at a delivery station.

SOLUTION: This system includes a delivery information acquiring part 200 for acquiring delivery information including receiver ID and article ID; a certification information generating part 201 for generating delivery ID and a password of a delivered article; a delivery information recording part 203 for recording the receiver ID, article ID, generated delivery ID and password in a delivery information database 24; an arrival information receiving part 204 for receiving the article ID of the delivered article; a certification information acquiring part 205 for acquiring the corresponding delivery ID and password from the delivery information database 24; an arrival notification sending part 206 for sending arrival notification information including the delivery ID and password to a terminal of a receiver; and a receiver certification part 207 for performing certification of the receiver based on the delivery ID and password presented by the receiver and the delivery ID and password acquired by the certification information acquiring part 205.
