PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of angina by combination of a sinus node I<SB>f</SB>current inhibitor and a calcium inhibitor. SOLUTION: The present inventors found that combination of the sinus node I<SB>f</SB>current inhibitor such as ivabradine and a calcium inhibitor such as amlodipine can not only enhance effect of the calcium inhibitor, but exhibits dual effect accompanying improvement of edema of lower limbs, headache, etc. which are harmful action to heart and has useful combined effect, e.g. enabling use for treatment of angina having higher safety.
