Provided are a mortar adhesion reinforcing agent capable of neutralizing poisonous cement, which emits anions and far infrared rays and has deodorant, antifungal, and antimicrobial functions, and a method for manufacturing finishing materials comprising the same. The mortar adhesion reinforcing agent capable of neutralizing poisonous cement is obtained by mixing 48-50wt% of water, 0.4-0.8wt% of mecellose, 0.3-0.7wt% of an antiseptic, 0.1-0.3wt% of an antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.7wt% of a thickener, 35-38wt% of an ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion, 9-11wt% of an ethylene resin, 0.8-1.5wt% of kaoline as a natural mineral, and 0.1-0.5wt% of anions based on the total weight of the total mixture. |
