<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell of low cost manufactured through processes more simple than that for silicon fuel cell or MEMS technology fuel cell by using a flexible polymeric material, and provide a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fuel cell comprises (i) a step of providing an anode AN by forming through holes 72 for the fuel cell on a thermo-plastic polymer film 71 by utilizing laser drill, lithography, or etching process, coating a metal film 73 on inner face side of the film, and by filling fuel diffusion material 74 and catalyst 75 in the through hole, (ii) a step of providing a cathode CA by repeating the step (i), and (iii) a step of press fitting the anode, a cation conductive polymer film 76, and the cathode, after arranging the anode and the cathode so as to face each other, and arranging the cation conductive polymer film between the anode and the cathode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
