PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of supplying steam to a heating chamber while efficiently ensuring a power feed amount even when total power used in supplying the steam exceeds rated power. SOLUTION: This heating cooker 100 is used for heating and processing a heating object M by supplying heat to the heating chamber 11 for housing the heating object M therein from a high-frequency supply part 13, a hot air supply part 15 and a radiant heat supply part 17 all of which are heat sources. The heating cooker includes a control part 29 for preferentially securing a power feed amount to the heat sources in the case where steam supply is set when the sum of the power feed amount to the heating sources and the assumed power feed amount to a steam supply part 19 exceeds the rated power of the heating cooker 100 when steam is supplied and when the temperature of the heating chamber at the initial stage of heating process start by the heating sources is below a predetermined value after completion of preheating of the heating chamber, and for preferentially securing the power feed amount to the steam supply part in the case where the steam supply is set when the temperature of the heating chamber is above the predetermined value.
