PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing quality inspection of a sample of molding for analyzing a material, capable of surely obtaining, without destructing the molding. SOLUTION: For example, a front panel 1 for assembling into UPS (uninterruptible power system) of a rack-mounting type is provided with a rectangular window type opening part 2. At resin molding of the front panel 1, a mold for molding the sample 3 in the opening part 2 for molding, together with the front panel 1 at the opening part 2 connecting to the margin of the opening part 2 of the mold of the front panel 1 is formed. When the sample 3 that is to be removed from the front panel 1 for use as a chemical analyzing sample, a junction part 4 is cut off from the margin of the opening part 2 and the sample 3.
