PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the cut-off property of a joint between precast members to be sufficiently secured and enable the precast members to be easily joined and integrated together, when a low-diffusion layer of tunnel-type radioactive waste burial disposal equipment and a cement-based member etc. for the other structures are constructed from the precast members. SOLUTION: A vertically continuous ridge 12, and a vertically continuous recessed groove 13 into which the ridge 12 is to be fitted are provided on a pair of right and left jointing surfaces parallel to the vertical direction of the precast member 11 composed of long rectangular-parallelepiped block-like plain concrete, respectively; a plurality of vertically protruding rod-like protrusions (dowels) 14, and a plurality of insertion holes (dowel holes) 15 into which the rod-like protrusions 14 are to be inserted are provided on a pair of upper and lower jointing surfaces parallel to the horizontal direction of the member 11, respectively; the precast members 11 are vertically piled up and arranged in a horizontally continuous state; and the jointing surfaces are jointed and integrated together.
